Our Staff
William C. Weber, M.S.,LCSW is the Director of Weber & Associates, Inc., specialists in Employee Assistance Programs and managed behavioral health care. He graduated from Indiana University and received a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from the University of Central Missouri. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Marriage and Family Therapist. Prior to earning his psychology degrees, Bill spent many years in industry as a tool and die maker. He has extensive psychotherapeutic experience with all phases of mental health and chemical dependency problems including the training necessary to provide DOT drug and alcohol evaluations.  






Ashlie Straka, MS, LMHC graduated from Indiana University and then received both an MSEd in school counseling and a MS in mental health counseling from the University of Saint Francis.  She has held responsible roles in a number of social service and counseling organizations.  She provides individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults while working with families and couples.  She treats a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss and many others.         



Sue Weber, Office Manager (above) and Bre Vire, Administrative Assistant (below) keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.  Sue has been with Weber & Associates for 37 years.  In addition to her office skills, Bre has held clinical positions in the past with various places.

Catherine (Cat) Rumschlag, MS, LMHC, LCAC graduated from St. Mary-of-the -Woods College with a BS in Music Therapy and went on to attend St. Francis University and graduated with an MS degree in General Psychology. As a Licensed Mental Health/ Clinical Addictions Counselor, she provides our team over 30 years of counseling experience with a specialty in alcohol/drug dependency counseling for those dealing with dependency issues as well as their families. Currently, Cat is specializing in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) . She enjoys working with people who find themselves facing addiction issues as well as helping their families to navigate the treatment process, resolve trauma, find long-term recovery and prevent relapse. Her methods of counseling include: positive psychology, person-centered counseling, implementing the 12-step program, spiritual healing, conflict resolution, radical forgiveness, motivation interviewing, DBT, mindfulness, and stress management
Linda Handlin, MS, LMFT, LCAC graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a degree in Mental Health Counseling. Linda has experience working with adults, families & children. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy  to help children process feelings, gain coping skills after upsetting events. She is also trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy conducted by Child Trauma Research Program with University of California San Francisco. Linda uses wide variety of therapy techniques.
