Our Staff
William C. Weber, M.S.,LCSW is the Director of Weber & Associates, Inc., specialists in Employee Assistance Programs and managed behavioral health care. He graduated from Indiana University and received a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from the University of Central Missouri. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Marriage and Family Therapist. Prior to earning his psychology degrees, Bill spent many years in industry as a tool and die maker. He has extensive psychotherapeutic experience with all phases of mental health and chemical dependency problems including the training necessary to provide DOT drug and alcohol evaluations.  






Ashlie Straka, MS, LMHC graduated from Indiana University and then received both an MSEd in school counseling and a MS in mental health counseling from the University of Saint Francis.  She has held responsible roles in a number of social service and counseling organizations.  She provides individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults while working with families and couples.  She treats a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss and many others.         



Sue Weber, Office Manager (left) and Bre Vire, Administrative Assistant (right) keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.  Sue has been with Weber & Associates for 37 years.  Bre has a background in Psychology and has been with Weber & Associates for 3 years. In addition to her time spent with Weber & Associates, she has held various clinical positions in the past.
Linda Handlin, MS, LMFT, LCAC graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a degree in Mental Health Counseling. Linda has experience working with adults, families & children. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy  to help children process feelings, gain coping skills after upsetting events. She is also trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy conducted by Child Trauma Research Program with University of California San Francisco. Linda uses wide variety of therapy techniques.
Phyllis Schreiner-Tata, MS, LCAC, received an undergraduate degree in Human Services, with a minor in psychology, from Purdue University, and a Master’s Degree from Capella University, with an emphasis in Addiction Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor and since 2004, she has been working with families and individuals with addiction issues, serious mental illness, anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma. She is trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She also provides EMDR therapy. She has experience working in social service agencies, private practice, and mental health hospitals.
